David Speaks is a full time associate broker working for Landmark Real Estate. Working in the real estate business since 2000 his real estate experience includes, but is not limited to, first time home buyers, buyers/sellers representation, corporate relocation, investment properties, property management, all levels of residential real estate and military PCS moves.

Julia Erickson began here career into real estate in 2002 and is now an Associate Broker working with Landmark Real Estate. Her real estate experience includes working with buyer/seller representation, residential and investment properties in the Manhattan/Ft.
